*This was just a pit stop but I am including it because I actually know what town it was.

    Yum, Drytown Winery has a dessert wine that tastes like moca! Where did you stay in Paso?

    We just stopped in Paso Robles to visit the yarn and fabric shops. Places we spent the night: Morgan Hill (pulled off the highway at midnight, found a place with an available room), Santa Rosa (where my Grandpa lives), Sacramento (nicest hotel ever, OMG), Jackson, and King City ($40/night motel, totally awesome).

    Incidentally, I think it is BRILLIANT that a place called Drytown makes alcohol.

    I always figured that the “dry” in “Drytown” referred to the lack of water… but considering the era…
