Saturday Morning Mama Blogging

I was going to show you a picture of my pretty new outfit, but then Sam felt it necessary to remind me that every bra is a nursing bra if you try hard enough.

nursing in public

Hee. Heeheeeheeee. Boob! (Also, I think you should know that I am full of sushi in this photo.)

Well, it is a very pretty outfit.

    Very nice boob, too. :D

No wonder you both look so content. Sushi for one, boob for the other.

Love the color! Of your shirt, not your boob. I mean, your boob is also nicely colored. Aren’t boobs and nice new tops the bomb diggity?

Ohhh, sushi. My dream date is for Jeremy to take me to a sushi bar. A couple of Mojitos. No temper tantrums, diaper blow-outs, or finicky eaters. Just us, the sushi, the drinks. Delicious. Not that dining out is all bad with babies, I quite like going out with them too. But, you know.

The boobage. Finally able to fill out by bra…the final straw that might convince me to go the motherhood route.

Amie — I went from a 34b/c to a g. Did you even know they made g cups? It is insane. I DO NOT NEED THIS MUCH BOOB.
Stepherz — I love eating out with Sam but I can absolutely see the appeal of an actual date, complete with actually getting to eat my own food.
    Everyone else — thanks!

Yeah, my fear of having a baby is that my boobs will get huge again. Having been that 36GG/HH, I now love my modest full Cs. Which is totally funny as it isn’t like they’re tiny. Is relative. But I digress. Sushi, boobs, excellent post.

I have a confession to make. I’m shy about the idea of whipping out my boob to feed baby in public. I’m not squeamish about others doing it. Just me. Maybe I’ll need you to give me a pep talk when the time comes to help me get my courage up.

Sachi-I’m totally the opposite! I could whip my boob out anywhere when I was breastfeeding, but to see someone else doing it my mind instantly starts fast chanting, “donotlookdonotlook do not looknononoooo, don’t look!”

Hey, we were just there the other night too! I recognize the brick wall. That’s Helen’s favorite restaurant. I was never comfortable breast feeding in public, and spent a lot of time and energy trying to hide it. But I’ve got other issues. I think it is beautiful. If I had it to do all over again……

Hee! The outfit is still nice!

Did Sam have any fish food?

I’m a total prude about myself. I struggle with wearing v-necks. Seriously. Thanks for telling me not to dress like a whore every day of my life, Mom!

But what a great picture of you and Sam! I love your sweater.

So there’s hope of filling out my “A” Actually I was a “B” in my 20’s but found exercise and lost my boobs. In a recent conversation with my mother she mentioned that at the age of 60 she is now filling out her “B” cup—oh the humanity!
